To use the mobile App; Íslenski málhljóðamælirinn (ÍM) to it´s full capacity you need to register as a professional tester. When you register you set up a closed account within the application with your name and email address. You can also use a coded admin identification name. You, the app user, need to register with your own password that you only have access to.
To use ÍM to the fullest you need to register the student you are testing. You, the tester, need to register the student under their names and ages or their coded identification names. It is very important that you comply with all regulations on Private Policy set by your Educational Board and community at every given time.
No Personal Information is being collected within our Applications
Raddlist does not collect or share any personal identifiable information about you; the tester, or your students.
Raddlist does not collect non-personal information about the duration of the mobile application and how it is used, such as the screens viewed and actions taken within the mobile applications. Raddlist had a permission from The Icelandic Act on Data Protection to collect these data for 30 months after the ÍM application was published which was used solely to enhance and improve the application. That time has now expired and no personal data or how the App is being used by the user, is being collected by Raddlist. We will continue to receive crash notifications related to the App´s primary funktionality so we can respond to our goal of always keeping the App in best possible and stable condition. That enhances and secures the experience of the App user, at all times.
As stated above, we collect no personal data and as such we will not and can not disclose your personal or non personal information to additional parties and/or unaffiliated third parties.
No advertisements are within the applications made by Raddlist ehf.
Ownership of Student Data
All Student Data generated by an SLP, teacher or special educator, while using the application normally is owned by the Account Owner (the tester/user) which controls the account. Raddlist does not have access to your closed account and can not use any Student Data.
Additional information on what Raddlist is not collecting within the applications:
In addition to the methods described above, we will not collect information using cookies, locally stored Flash objects (sometimes referred to as “Flash cookies”); pixel tabs, local storage, web beacons or similar technologies, and/or analytic software embedded in the Apps. You can not register and use our applications through social media, only by direct access to your closed account in the apps. We will only receive crash notifications as stated above to ensure primary functionality of the Apps.
How we protect information: If you choose to follow the website of Raddlist or other social media by your own choice, Raddlist attempts to protect against the possible loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information. Our servers are protected by reasonable physical and electronic security measures. Despite our best efforts; however, no security measures are completely impenetrable.
Children: Raddlist does not seek to collect any personally identifiable information directly from children under the age of 13. The only personally identifiable information that you can use to register the application is the parent’s email address. It is not required and if it is registered it is within a closed area that only you/the tester has access to. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personally identifiable information to Raddlist.
Links: No links are connected within our apps to third-party websites. The Raddlist Products of books and fun decks from the website may contain links to third-party websites. Raddlist is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
Your California Privacy Rights: If you are a California resident, you are entitled by law to request an Information Sharing Disclosure. If you request it, we will provide you with a notice of your right to prevent sharing of your personal information as well as a cost-free means of doing so. To receive such a notice, submit a request to the address listed in the Contact section below, specifying that you seek your “California Customer Choice Notice.” Please allow thirty days for a response.
